  • Please do not send requests to cancel a reservation through email. Any request to cancel a reservation using this contact information is not guaranteed.

  • When asking questions about a current or past reservation, the only things that should be included in the email are your name and confirmation or cancellation number. Do not email credit card information or other personal information. That is not needed to look up a reservation in our system.

  • The emails sent through this website do not get forwarded to the hotels. Any changes that need to be made to an existing reservation can either be made by going through the TravelToday.com website or by contacting a live agent. Any questions about making changes can be answered by going to the FAQ page.
