Good for long term stays if you want to prepare your own meals. 15 - 20 minutes to Warner Center on city streets. Not close to freeway. Although clean, clearly not comparable to a Hilton, Marriott etc.

My room was large, clean and comfortable. I love having a kitchen, office area with Wi-Fi and two TVs.
On my second day they cleaned the carpets and I had to stay out of my room for 3 hrs. I was on business and needed to work in my room.
