The hotel placed a $50.00 hold on my credit card that was not removed immediately after checkout.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The only complaint I have was the hold placed on my card that did not come off immediately after checking out.
I liked the staff , they assisted with my early arrival in a very helpful, professional and friendly manner.
The shuttle driver seemed distant that he was just doing his job and that was it.

Front desk highly recommended that I let them call me a Town car to get into the city rather than use a cab, which I did. I later learned that a cab would have only been $25.00 and that the Town car they called was an illegal company.
Most of the staff was very friendly and most accomodating.
