No towels at pool; desk in room completely broken, just sitting on back legs - unsafe.
Poor service from front desk; had to roll the crib up to my room by myself while also carrying my 1 year old; no towels at pool until after 10:00 am. Will not stay here or recommend to anyone.
This was a suite room, so our children slept on a pull-out couch. In the middle of the night, the couch collapsed. I informed the hotel in the morning and they insisted that they could not give us any type of discount or coupon.
The Hotel was very nice, Good Location for dinnig, Shopping and Entertainment. Good Location for an alternative downtown Location for Concerts. The only grip I had was not enough parking spaces.
Size of room was nice.
