 Positive Comment - Location to the beach.

 Negative Comment - Breakfast area too small. Pool closes at dusk.

Review - 2 floors of rooms located above the parking garage area. Nothing fancy, but fit our bill of location and proximity to beach. No grounds really to speak of but right next to small beach boardwalk.
