Looks like very recent construction & very well done.
I was put off by the excessive security around the front desk.
Everything was new looking and clean and well maintained but I was uncomfortable with the apparent need for high security in it's location. I think next visit to Washington I would pay more for a better location.
Could not connect to the wifi at all. Tried for 2 days while I was there but the signal was so low as if I was living away from the hotel.
Lots of security features in the hotel. Looking at the security it just makes you feel like you may be living in the wrong neighborhood. But, it's always good to be living securely.

Even though it is within sight of the beltway, the actual access to the beltline is rather strange, involving going under and around the main route.
