Hotel room was very clean and neat, perhaps redone recently however there were no new construction smells, location works well for one needing something on the south side of Atlanta.
Location is actually 15-20 minutes driving from Atlanta.

Its location was very convenient and it was close to several restaurants.
Main building looked like it had been hit by a tornado and rooms were not very nice.
If you just need a place to sleep, it's not too bad. But don't plan on staying around the hotel for leisure. It's runner down, next to a train, and the staff looks questionable. It is above all else, a cheap place to stay for the night.
