 Negative Comment - The only thing was the pillows were flat the 1st night, but I explained & the staff quickly got me the 2 more I requested while being very nice.

 Positive Comment - It was right off the freeway that was nice.

 Negative Comment - There isn't anything I didn't like.

Review - The hotel was right of the freeway. There was good restaurants close by that you could walk to. The rooms where clean and comfortable.

 Positive Comment - I loved the shower.

 Negative Comment - The check-in procedure was much longer than necessary.

Review - This hotel was very nice, and the only thing that I was disappointed in was the check-in procedure. The staff did not appear to be motivated in the least, and she was not exceptionally friendly either.
