Review - Good place, continental breakfast was good, breakfast staff was excellent & eager to help. Room was clean, food was good at the restaurant, bed was comfortable. All around good experience.

 Positive Comment - Very clean and well maintained room. Hotel location.

 Negative Comment - Odor in elevator.

Review - We found this hotel to be an excellent choice, and free parking available. The location on the Bay provided outstanding views. The only negative was the elevator - There was a strong odor of. OIL.

 Positive Comment - Price was right for the comfort. Very clean, good-size rooms. Comfortable beds, Excellent area, close to Miami Beach.

 Negative Comment - Small Restroom. Not enough sapace to walk around the room between beds and TV/Drawer Furniture.

 Positive Comment - The view was very nice. We enjoyed the location of the pool. The restaurant was conveniently located. Adequate complementary breakfast.

 Negative Comment - Hotel rooms need to be upgraded especially air-conditioning.

Review - With upgrade of rooms and improvement in general cleanliness, we would consider paying the same value to stay there again.
