 Positive Comment - The front desk was very helpful with maps and suggestions.

 Negative Comment - Only complaint was we went to get on the airport shuttle & he left without us by mistake.

Review - We needed help figuring out some of the public transportation in Frisco, and the two people at the desked printed up bus routes and gave us books on the bart and muni system. They really went out of their way to be helpful.
