Room had old smoke smell, microwave didn't work, lamp didn't work, hotel in the midst of remodeling.

The motel is accessible to Wal-Mart, entemann's outlet, mall and many restaurants. Easy access to all highways and close to Niagara Falls.
Cleanliness - the coffee maker was not cleaned, there was 1/2 a hoagie in fridge and someone's pants hanging in bathroom.

The toilets did not have exhaust and therefore unusable after somebody had used them.
Hotel is economy but not value for the money. The bathroom did not have a exhaust and therefore was not usable after one person had used it. I don't understand how can somebody construct a toilet like that.
