From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff was friendly and professional. I wanted something to read and a newspaper was brought to my room in no time at all.
Location to NY city was great, view of NY city was great, water taxi outside door was good except the one right outside the hotel.
Room was small for 4 people; the employees could not speak English and were unable to help us to find any restaurants outside the hotel.

It's a great place to see if you're sight-seeing in NY. The ferry is right outside the door with free connecting buses in NY. The staff was super helpful and the rooms were very comfortable.
Room was missing soap, garbage can, kitchen was dirty and walls marked up.
