Cheap, good value. Rooms are very small, but OK for 1 person. TV was very old and screen was dark green and barely watch able. Overall a very bare-bones accommodations, but a good value for what you pay.
The rate was excellent and they had a mini breakfast available.
Found a few hairs in the bathroom tub and one ant.
Over all we liked the hotel, convenience of being close to the freeway and surrounding shopping areas. Having Kleenex and small toiletries in the room were a plus, as was the mini breakfast.

Hotel indicated it was a non-smoking room however there were cigarette burns on sink & bed cover.
